Mrs. Ibukun Awosika

One of Nigeria’s most respected business leaders and the first woman to chair First Bank of Nigeria (2015–2021). Founder and CEO of The Chair Centre Group and author of The Girl Entrepreneurs, she is a serial board chair and globally sought-after speaker on entrepreneurship, leadership and women’s advancement.
Ibukun Awosika is a Nigerian business leader, entrepreneur, author and public speaker, widely recognised as one of the most influential women in African business. She holds a B.Sc in Chemistry from the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University) and completed executive programmes at Lagos Business School, IESE Business School in Barcelona, and the Global CEO Programme run by Wharton, IESE and CEIBS.
She is the founder and Chief Executive of The Chair Centre Group, which she built from a furniture start-up into an umbrella for several companies, including The Chair Centre Limited, SOKOA Chair Centre Limited, Furniture Manufacturers Mart, TCC Security Systems and Cubes and Boxes Limited. Appointed in 2015, she became the first female Chairman of First Bank of Nigeria Ltd and served until 2021. A serial board chair and non-executive director, her governance roles have spanned Cadbury Nigeria Plc, Digital Jewel, the Convention on Business Integrity and the Nigerian Sovereign Investment Authority. She is also a co-founder and past chairperson of WIMBIZ (Women in Management, Business and Public Service).
An author of The Girl Entrepreneurs and Business His Way, Awosika is a globally sought-after keynote speaker on entrepreneurship, leadership, governance and the advancement of women. Her honours include the International Women Entrepreneurial Challenge (IWEC) Award (2008, as the first Nigerian recipient) and the Forbes Woman Africa Chairperson Award (2020).

Dr. Olubayo Adekanmbi

Founder and CEO of Data Science Nigeria, the non-profit building Africa’s AI talent pipeline, and co-founder of EqualyzAI. A globally respected AI expert and former MTN C-level executive, his work has trained over 500,000 young Africans in AI and data science.
Dr. Olubayo Adekanmbi is a globally respected artificial intelligence expert, data scientist and innovation strategist, widely regarded as one of Africa's foremost leaders in AI for development. He is the Founder and CEO of Data Science Nigeria (the Data Scientists Network, DSN), the non-profit he established in 2016 to fast-track Africa's development by building AI and machine-learning talent, and co-founder of EqualyzAI. Under his leadership, DSN has trained over 500,000 young Africans in AI and data science, and its work has been recognised among the UNESCO/IRCAI Global Top 100 AI Projects for Social Good.
Before founding DSN, he built a senior career in telecommunications, holding C-level roles at MTN in Nigeria and South Africa as General Manager of Business Intelligence and Chief Transformation Officer, and later as Chief Innovation, Analytics and Strategy Officer at Airtel Africa, leading analytics and innovation across 30 African markets. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of London, graduated with distinction from the University of Reading, and has completed executive education at Columbia Business School, INSEAD, Chicago Booth, ETH Zurich and the University of Kentucky.
His work focuses on AI, machine learning, financial inclusion and inclusive capacity development. He is a recipient of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation Global Grand Challenge Award for applying large language models to financial inclusion, and serves on advisory bodies including Nigeria's National Artificial Intelligence Policy Expert Group and GSMA's AI for Development in Africa Advisory Group.

Founder & Chief Executive of 360 Woman Africa and MD/CEO of Zetile Oil and Gas and Zetile Stores. A management and leadership expert, she is a sought-after speaker, mentor and coach on women’s empowerment and leadership.
Yvonne Chioma Ofodile has a career spanning over a decade within the oil and gas and social enterprise sectors, across disciplines such as human resources, business development, commercial sales and marketing, leadership, and personal development. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Management from the University of Derby, United Kingdom, and an MBA from Lagos Business School. She holds a Chartered Associate Membership with the Chartered Management Institute UK and an Honoris Causa in Business Administration from Myles Leadership University.
She is the CEO and Managing Director of Zetile Oil and Gas Ltd, an integrated downstream oil and gas distribution and marketing company, and CEO of Zetile Stores Limited, a rapidly expanding 24-hour supermarket chain headquartered in Lekki, Lagos. Her leadership extends beyond corporate landscapes to philanthropy: she is the founder of 360 Woman Africa, a nonprofit committed to nurturing leadership and entrepreneurial acumen among African women. Under this banner she created the Woman Skill Development Scheme and pioneered the 360 Woman Africa Women-in-Business Empowerment Fund, and her initiatives have touched the lives of over 13,000 women entrepreneurs across the continent.
A highly sought-after transformational speaker, mentor and coach, she addresses topics such as "Monetizing Passion: Transforming Dreams into Sustainable Ventures" and "The Evolving Role of Women in Modern Economies."
