Training and Empowering Women in Africa
The Women Skill Development Scheme ran through our women skill development centre, a sub-group of 360 Woman Africa, is a social enterprise set out using innovative measures to provide lasting solutions to the skill gap problems faced by women in Africa so as to adequately match talents to possible opportunities while building human capacity to create opportunities for themselves and the communities they live in.
The centre partners with government and private bodies, donors and grant opportunities as funding catalysts to fund the programs across the different states in Nigeria and beyond to provide vocational and technical training assessments and certification to diverse occupations.

Enterprise Skill Development Programme
The Enterprise Development Program powered by 360 Woman Africa is a 2-week Mini-MBA class that is focused on engaging and enabling women entrepreneurs and women-led businesses
Leadership Skill Development Program
This a 2 weeks program run by the center. Participants are subjected to a two weeks intense training by professionals and accredited facilitators on diverse subject matter as it relates to enterprise and leadership.
Virtual Career Series
The objective of the career series is to continuously improve the leadership potential of female employees and better equip them for maximum impact in their organizations while also addressing their personal career needs.
