On October 12, 2025, 360 Woman Africa hosted the highly anticipated Elevate Conference 2025 in Lagos, convening over 1,244 delegates, a powerful assembly of women leaders, entrepreneurs, executives, and emerging change-makers from across Nigeria and beyond. A major highlight of the conference was the announcement of the 360 Woman Africa Enterprise Fund, through which ₦10 million was awarded to four exceptional women in business, selected from over 2,000 applications nationwide after a rigorous evaluation process. This initiative underscores our commitment to fueling innovation, strengthening women-led enterprises, and accelerating sustainable development across Africa.
