Yvonne Ofodile

Founder and Executive Director

Yvonne is a commercial sales and business development executive. she has over the years built competence and experience in areas like human resource, business development and strategy ,leadership and personal development within the oil and gas industry.

Yvonne is the founder of 360 Woman Africa, a personal and enterprise development social enterprise for women in Africa, she is a GEMSTONE Ambassador and has volunteered with GEMSTONE Leadership and Nation building NGO where she served as the state coordinator for 4 years, she specialized in event management, strategy, client services and account management.

Yvonne has been recognized by several platforms for her work as a change agent and young business woman with deep interest in human capital development and business growth. A public speaker, associate member of Women in Business, Management and Public service (WIMBIZ), a mentor at the Academy of Women Entrepreneurs (AWE) by the US consulate as part of the White House led Women’s global development and prosperity initiative and a leading personal development coach in Africa. She is a graduate of the University of Derby United Kingdom where she studied Business Management and Strategy.

Damilola Odiye

Volunteer Coordinator

Damilola Odiye is the Program Manager for the IREP monthly Exchange, a program carved out of iRepresent International Documentary Film Festival, the biggest documentary film festival in West Africa in other to continue conversations in relation to the objective and goals of its organization. She is also the Public Relations and Media/Engagement Officer at the festivals yearly event. She is a graduate of Mass communication from University of Lagos, Lagos Nigeria. A trained Social Media Executive with Certification from the Lagos state Employability Trust fund and a certified Festival Manager, trained by the British Council in partnership with the Ministry of Arts and Culture in Nigeria. She is also a skilled Events Manager. Damilola worked as Engagement Producer for one of Nigeria’s biggest film production company, Zuri 24 Media. They are the producers of Multichoice Africa Magic’s biggest TV series, Battleground and Battleground Final Showdown. She was moved to the Archive department of the same organization as Archive Coordinator.Her love for humanity has spurred her to volunteer with a couple of non-governmental organizations tackling the issues of education, poverty, and cancer awareness amongst women and childrenDamilola Odiye is versatile, friendly, compassionate, goal driven and clearly dedicated in any given environment.

Has acquired five-year work experience which includes a two year retail banking experience within the banking industry and active four years within the entertainment industry.
She has good management skills and has attended trainings in leadership, productivity, personal development etc. and has actively served established NGO’s.

Noah Hunsu

Support Team Lead

hold a first degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University , a certificate of accomplishment in project management from Coursera MOOC platform and an international Human resource certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute. He was the beneficiary of Total TUPNi award 2009. Noah started his professional career as a Human Resource Consultant with Tusen Consulting Limited where he advised both local and international clients on human resource processes and polices. He also worked with different volunteering platforms where he provides professional Human resources advise. Noah currently works as a Human Resource Advisor with a multinational in Lagos, Nigeria. Noah is a team player, goal getter with the aim to constantly add value.

Executive Assistant to the Founder

is a graduate of Philosophy from Olabisi Onabanjo University. She is customer care representative and has a few years in the area of customer relations and services, certifications in TV and Radio presenting hence her passion for public speaking. Favour is the founder of the Transformed Ladies Forum. A forum with the mandate to help build up ladies and empower them with information to make them better. Favour has a passion in women building, and community services.
