At the heart of the Elevate Conference 2025 was a defining moment for women in business across Nigeria, the announcement and presentation of the 360 Woman Africa Enterprise Fund, awarding a total of ₦10 million in grants to four outstanding women entrepreneurs.

Selected from an impressive pool of over 2,000 applications submitted from across Nigeria, the four recipients emerged through a rigorous and transparent multi-stage evaluation process. Each winner demonstrated a compelling blend of innovation, social impact, financial discipline, and the potential to scale sustainable businesses that contribute meaningfully to the economy. Their businesses, ranging across critical sectors(healthcare, housing and construction, manufacturing) reflect the resilience, intelligence, and transformative power of Nigerian women.
The grants presentation ignited a wave of excitement and hope in the room, symbolising not just financial support but a strategic investment in the future of women-led companies.
