The 360 Woman Africa Future Framework
360 Woman Africa is a leading non-profit social enterprise in Nigeria dedicated to advancing women’s participation, leadership and enterprise across Africa. At our core we believe that when women thrive, families, communities and economies thrive and so we are committed to creating ecosystems in which for whole and holistic women across all spheres can grow, lead and contribute meaningfully.
What We Do (Current Programs & Focus Areas)
Achievements & Impact
Over the last 9 several years, 360 Woman Africa has trained, coached and mentored over 15,000 women in business, careers and personal life, helping them build skills, engagement and opportunity.
Our grants initiative has attracted thousands of applicants (for example over 1,500 in one cycle, we have now completed 3 cycles and disbursed twenty million naira in grant) and awarded transformative funding and support to women-led enterprises.
Through our summits, we have brought together women from diverse industries, nationalities and stages of their careers — creating an active and growing community of “360 women” who lead, connect and lift each other.
Why Our Work Matters
In Nigeria and across Africa, women continue to face systemic barriers in access to skills, capital, leadership roles and networks. By addressing the gap through practical interventions skills building, access to finance, community, leadership training , we enable women to step into roles that matter and drive change in their workplaces, communities and economies.
Our work aligns with the global Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially SDG 5 (Gender Equality) and SDG 8 (Decent Work & Economic Growth) because when women succeed, it raises the likelihood of inclusive economic growth, higher employment, stronger institutions and greater social equity.

What’s Next
- Scale beyond training and grants to build robust ecosystems for women entrepreneurs, trainings, combining capital, network, mentorship frameworks and access to markets.
- Expand our reach across more states in Nigeria and into other African countries, so more women especially emerging entrepreneurs and younger women benefit from these opportunities.
- Deepen strategic partnerships with private sector, government and international organisations to create larger funding pools, richer programs and more visible leadership pathways for women.
- Strengthen measurement and impact tracking to demonstrate how women’s growth through our programs translates into jobs, business scaling, and social value.
- Foster a culture of lifelong leadership and continuous development , enabling women not just to succeed, but to lead, mentor others and to make the world a better place.
