Women in Business
Empowerment Fund

360 Woman Africa Enterprise Fund
The 360 Woman Africa Enterprise Fund is a catalytic initiative designed to close the financial inclusion gap for women in business across the globe with Africa in its first circle of activation years. Rooted in the belief that when women thrive, economies prosper, the Fund is driving a new wave of enterprise growth and financial empowerment one woman at a time.
We exist to equip, enable, and economically strengthen women-led businesses, ensuring that women entrepreneurs have equitable access to funding, enterprise education, and strategic networks that support business sustainability and scale. Our work directly aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)—particularly SDG 1 (No Poverty), SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 5 (Gender Equality), SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), and SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities).
Why This Program Exists
Across Africa, millions of women-led enterprises struggle to grow due to limited access to finance, mentorship, and structured business education. Recognizing these systemic barriers, the 360 Woman Africa Enterprise Fund was established to bridge these gaps by providing targeted financial support, hands-on training, and mentorship that accelerate the progress of women-owned businesses.
Our Impact So Far
Now in its third round of funding, the Fund has committed a total of ₦10 million to support women-led enterprises in Nigeria, empowering women who have successfully completed the 360 Woman Africa Mini-MBA Program, a three-month enterprise development course designed to strengthen their leadership, management, and financial acumen.
Through this program, participants graduate into a pool of eligible applicants for the Enterprise Fund, from which outstanding women entrepreneurs are selected to receive.
Currently in our third circle scheduled to hold on the 25th October, 2025 at Civic Center Victoria Island Lagos, winners will be award a total sum of ₦10 Million Naira in grants. Powered by 360 Woman Africa. ₦5 million (First Winner), ₦3 million (Second Winner), ₦1 million (Third Winner), ₦1 million (Fourth Winner).
This model ensures that funding is backed by competence, structure, and sustainability — enabling women to build enterprises that can outlive them.
Our Vision Towards 2030
By the year 2030, our goal is to empower 100,000 women in business across Africa, with a combined equivalent of $1 million USD in enterprise development support. Through funding, training, and mentorship, we aim to deepen women’s participation in trade, industry, and leadership, creating ripple effects of economic growth across communities and nations.
Our Founder's Commitment
The Fund is powered and sponsored by 360 Woman Africa, under the visionary leadership of Dr. Yvonne Choma Ofodile, a social impact leader, entrepreneur, and advocate for women’s advancement.
